As the new year begins, it feels right to pause and reflect on the incredible journey of the past twelve months. This year has been a whirlwind of activity, learning, and connection. It has been busy and full of fun that has shaped both the brand and myself in ways I never expected. Most importantly, it has been a year of deep gratitude for the customers, friends, neighbors and family who have supported this journey.
This year, I feel blessed to share the products I create, the things I’ve learned about the craft over the last 20 years and the values behind my brand on a wider scale. Every batch I create carries a piece of that learning, crafted with care and pride. It’s rewarding to see how these products continue to be part of people’s daily routines with ingredients you can understand and a focus on caring for our skin! This year I've rolled out over 45 different recipes to help in that mission. It’s a beautiful evolution from my days of selling one type of soap to co-workers delivered in zip lock baggies!

Handcrafted, Small Batch and Ever Evolving!
Maintaining and growing this brand has been all consuming, from designing and printing better water proof labels for our scrubs and foaming soaps to nailing down more consistent and ethically aligned suppliers, I’ve been in constant improvement mode all year. I've reworked recipes to incorporate even more ingredients your skin will crave, added products that I love and removed some that the sales reports did not. I still design, print, cut and hand wrap each label for the soap bars myself but after much pleading from them to help me, Jackson & Sarah Rose have become expert pickers, making their way around the shelves helping to pack your orders.
As I continue to grow this brand I center it around my families ideals coupled with real time feedback from customers and it has been invaluable. Hearing how the products have made a difference, whether for a birthday gift, a special event, or everyday use, has been a huge source of motivation. Customers can leave reviews for all of our products directly on the website and I so greatly appreciate those that have! Repeat orders and thoughtful messages remind me that this work matters. I'm grateful that I get to make fun products and share something meaningful, useful and occasionally cute!

Speaking of cute, I’ve been carrying a sketchbook in my bag everywhere I go and have been doodling designs for soap bars all year, even if some of those designs are slightly outside of my artistic skill set at the current moment. I’m excited to stretch once again and make these visions come to life in new ways in 2026 and I hope you’ll keep cheering me on!
Shared Values That Connect Us
One of the most inspiring parts of this journey has been connecting with other people who share a commitment to caring for our environment and their personal health. Many have resonated with our focus on reducing detergents in our waters and promoting gentle, skin-friendly ingredients for sensitive skin. This shared ideal creates a community that openly celebrates its best practices and strives to make choices that respect both our bodies and the planet.
This year, I’ve seen how these values resonate deeply with my Jaxnrose community. Customers have become advocates, spreading the word and encouraging others to think about what goes into their soaps & skincare and how it affects the world around them. That kind of support is powerful and humbling and sure makes for some in-depth and passionate conversations when I see you all at events!
Wishing You a Happy, Healthy, and Prosperous New Year
As we step into this new year, my hope is that it brings health, happiness, and success to you all. Thank you for being part of this journey, for your trust, your feedback, and your enthusiasm. It’s a privilege to share this year with you and to grow alongside such a thoughtful group.
Let’s keep caring for ourselves and the world around us, one fearless step at a time. Here’s to a year filled with peace, joy, learning and community.
